MatchMind is a statistical analytics platform. We do not accept bets, operate as a bookmaker, or process gambling transactions. We provide AI-generated predictions for informational purposes only.

1. Who we are

MatchMind ("we", "us") is operated as an individual business. For data protection queries, contact us via Telegram at @Football2027_bot.

2. Data we collect

Telegram account data: Your Telegram user ID and username (collected when you start the bot).
Age verification: We record that you have confirmed you are 18+ (we do not store your date of birth).
Preferences: Risk profile (1–10), bankroll amount, timezone, preferred leagues.
Betting activity: Picks you confirm via the bot (market, odds, stake, result). This data is used solely to calculate your personal ROI dashboard.
Payment data: If you subscribe, Stripe processes your card details directly. We receive only a subscription status and Stripe customer ID — we never see your card number.
Usage data: Last active timestamp. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on users of the Telegram bot.

3. Why we process your data

Service delivery (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To send you daily picks, calculate your ROI, and manage your subscription.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Age verification and responsible gambling compliance.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Fraud prevention, service improvement, aggregate (anonymised) analytics.

4. Who we share your data with

Stripe Inc. — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
Telegram Messenger Inc. — the messaging platform. Telegram's privacy policy: telegram.org/privacy.
No one else. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties.

5. Data retention

Account and preferences: retained while your account is active.
Betting history (ROI data): retained while your account is active.
Stripe payment records: retained for 7 years as required by EU financial regulations.
After account deletion: all data except Stripe records is erased within 30 days.

6. Your rights under GDPR

As an EU resident, you have the following rights:

Right of access (Art. 15): Request a copy of all data we hold. Use /mydata in the bot for an instant JSON export.
Right to erasure (Art. 17): Delete your account and all associated data. Use /deleteaccount in the bot.
Right to portability (Art. 20): Export your data in a machine-readable format. Use /mydata in the bot.
Right to rectification (Art. 16): Update your preferences at any time via /settings in the bot.
Right to object (Art. 21): Stop receiving picks via /unsubscribe in the bot.

7. Cookies (website only)

The MatchMind website (thematchmind.com) uses localStorage only to remember your age verification confirmation for 30 days. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no analytics third parties are used.

8. Children

MatchMind is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately via the bot and we will delete the account.

9. Changes to this policy

We will notify all active bot users of material changes to this policy before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
